I know I have almost similar script in use, but I dun think it's about the preloader even though I said so... For some reason, it just goes immediatelly back to the preloader-scene after the small visit in the main scene, and I dunno why. I did everything like I have done so far and it should've worked, but no.

In the main scene I got only 2 frames, and on frame 2 I got this:

gotoAndPlay("Scene 2", 1);

But it just seems to skip that on goes directly back to the loader scene. Why? I guess it's because of the new version of Flash Player or something. I don't know any good preloader-scripts/tutorials which would work in Player 8, so I have to use one which works only in version 6... And which means that if I use version 6, I can't take advantage of any of the new features of Player 8

BTW, does that script of yours work in Player 8?

Mkay, so I got it work and changed the version from 6 to 8 by using youre preloader script, BUT there's a bug: for some reason the loading text just flashes quickly and the disappears. Why? I got only 2 frames and 2 layers in my preloader-scene: in the top layer I got this script of yours in the second frame, and in the bottom layer lies the loading text in both of the frames. So what am I doing wrong?
